The urgency to reconstruct the Khiam Detention Center virtually stems from parallel attempts to reshape its history: by Hezbollah through its renovation, and by Israel through the erasure of its violent past. This project rebuilds the site as a navigable 3D environment, assembling testimonies and spatial evidence into a living archive. It resists the neutralization of the prison, preserving it instead as material evidence of torture and control.
